Portrait
Over eighteen years delivering IT projects in fintech, enterprise software, and SaaS. Over ten years transforming and automating business processes across government and private sector organizations, including more than seven years building fintech software for the banking sector and ten years of hands-on property management.
Along the way, he has ventured into the financial, ecommerce, property management, and SaaS industries, building a working understanding of each from the inside. The thread through all of it: understand what the customer actually needs, not just what they asked for, and deliver past it. Based in Kuwait.
